GRANT CENTER

There is a Methodist Episcopal Church shown on the 1896 plat map, in the northeast 1/4 of section 21, Grant Township.  The church does not appear on the 1916 plat map. However, the 1916 map shows the church at the south east corner of section 17 in Grant Township.  The church building was sold at auction, March 21, 1923.
